This bow is amazing. I was shooting a redhead XSC. Nothing wrong with that bow, quiet accurate, but it wasn't filling my needs. I like to hunt field edges, and sometimes you just can't find a tree that will get you close enough. Well the Kryptic has been an answer to my prayers. With a five pin sight i can shoot from 20 to 70 yards, and knowing the bows trajectory, my friend and i had a little competion. We both shoot Kryptics and both ended up with 5" of penetration on a brand new deer shaped target at 90 yards 90 YARDS!!! I don't recommend taking this shot when hunting. I will never take that shot when hunting. Knowing that my friend put an arrow clear through a deer at 63 yards, and it didn't know the arrow had been shot. That my friends is amazing. I can't wait to see what happens in turkey season this spring.

Cons: Price. This bow is priced in the higher end of any brand compound bow and with a store label brand it should be somewhat lower you would think.
Pros: Well balanced, faster than anything I've shot including Mathews never line. I am amazed at the lack of recoil and vibration! This may be why the accuracy is unreal. Gee, I can literally hit a fly at 30yds if one was on my target. The Kryptik is made by Diamond/Bowtech and if it weren't for Kyptik's split limbs and slight geometical differences, it would be identical to the Black Ice. It has the same cam. Actually, it shoots better in my opinion.
This is a premium bow by even the highest pro standards and the price tag certainly hangs high, but for the serious bowhunter or competitor its well worth it. It will outshoot most likely anything currently available and do so comfortably. Even the Drenalin and Switchback XT. Pulling 70 lbs with this bow is so smooth it really feels like 50-55 lbs, and it really is 70lbs.

Bought the Kryptik when it was first arrived in stock. Got it in a package kitl Great staff set it up great. The bow does everything that is advertised. Smooth shooting, low noise, hardly any recoil, fast. Set at 60 lbs. with carbon supreme lite, with blazar fletch, I have accuracy I've never been able to achieve before. First day of bow season- 8 point buck. Fifth day, mature gobbler. Eleventh day- mature doe. Did this bow find this honey hole? NO, but it did everything I asked it to , for the best season going. I'm off to another state now. This bow is awsome, it shoot s much better than Me.
