Overall good product. I found the controll buttons a little
stiff to operate. It uses quite a bit of battery power just to
keep in standby mode.
One must learn to keep bow upright after release or film is
of ground

Received the Roscoby Cam a few weeks ago, have taken it to the range and practiced many shots. The video is excellent. It does shake a little with the shot, but with practice it gets better. Great value for the bowhunter to capture the hunt.

This thing is great. Mounts right into the stabilizer hole. It is a bit on the bulky side as far as the housing but make no mistake, this thing is light. It is heavy enough to act just like a stabilizer so no worries about 86ing the stabilizer. My bow (PSE FireFlight)is not that great for this unit due to the size of the housing. I was able to get it to work but it scuffed the rubber housing just a bit to get it tight to the bow. I also had to do away with the jam nut. A custom jam nut, or a stabilizer extension would work, but I didn't want to make it any longer than it is.

The picture quality is excellent! It does shake upon draw/release, but it is quick to recover before the shot hits depending on the distance of the shot. Lighted nocks make it 10 times better and easier to see the shot in the video. The microphone is optional to use or not use. It is also very sensitive so capturing the sound of the hunt is a breeze.

The unit itself is built to last. It is fully rubberized so no noise and very water resistant. Not water proof. Easy to set up and use. One button turns it on stand by, and another starts and stops the video recording. It also has a function button used only for replaying the videos on TV. You can use it on the TV or PC. Plug and play! Comes with everything you need, cables, microphone, and two BRIGHT RED battery cases which make it easy to find if you drop it in the woods.

With a little practice, which you WILL need to do, you can get used to keeping the bow upright and pointed at the target before and after the shot.

ENJOY!

I purchase the Riser Cam about two weeks ago. I have shot about 60 arrows with it on my bow. It records good pictures. You will get a little shake from the recoil of the bow, but the picture clears up before the arrow hits it target. Easy setup and easy to use. Good clear pictures on my computer, and tv. The price is right. And real nice people at Roscope. I will purchase their products again.
