I looked at several bowcases before settling on this one. It looked good and was at the upper end on price range. After receiving it, it was a little larger than I would prefer for a single bow case. My parallel limb bow fit loose in the case that is made for parallel limb bows. I need to find some more egg crate material to snug it up. In fact, the bow almost fit in the case with the quiver attached to the bow. For a case designed for parallel limb bows I was a little disappointed. On the other hand, the case is very tough and I would not be worried about my bow being damaged by an outside force. It just needs to be snug enough inside to not be jostled around.

Great case, easy access and it appears to be very sturdy, well built and durable. Bow fits perfectly in case with a little extra space for tools and parts.
They could improve the area for arrow storage. I use "uncut" arrows so the space provided is too short. Based on what I see I would imagine most arrows would not easily fit. That said you can slide the arrows under the foam to make them fit but a simple fix by SKB and the case becomes perfect.

This is a very good bow case that is the most sturdy case I have been able to find. After the airlines crushed two cheap cases, I decided to buy this one and it is very good.

My gripes are the same as all the other reviews I've read.

1. The velcro system does not hold arrows in place
2. I must remove the quiver from the bow
3. I had to add additional foam to the case to keep my bow in place

Hopefully SKB will make these improvements. Meanwhile, I still recommend the case (because there's nothing better on the market). Go to a hardware or fabric store, buy wide-heavy duty velcro (some with adhesive on the back and some without). Also but some foam (I used the foam from an old bowcase). Cut the foam to fit the inside edges of the case and attach with (adhesive) velcro. Use the non-adhesive velcro to hold your bow and arrows in place.

I travel every week for my job and like to take my bow along when there is an indoor range in the area I'm working. This means a LOT of air travel and rough handling. This case is up to the challenge. I've probably got 25,000 miles on it already in the last few months which is more than most hunters will ever see.
I have a Matthews Drenelin and had to make a few tweaks like the other reviewer. I added some extra foam padding under the bow and in front of the bow so the sight cannot contact the foam or side of the case. I also felt safer adding some velcro straps to hold the bow in place in case it got opened upside down by the ATA folks. Aside from this my bow fits with the Matthews quiver attached (Had to trim one corner of the foam), sight and stabilizer in place with out contacting the side.
The inside of the case is lined with a felt like material that velcro sticks to. So I bought a couple of small zippered packing organizers, added a couple of iron on velcro strips to the back and attached them inside to hold my release and other accessories. These have worked well and have not come loose during travel.
I carry a dozen arrows and the velcro arrow clips seem to work well. If you shoot full length arrows you'll need to trim the foam to get them to fit but this is an easy modification. I'd recommend this case over anything I've seen on the market, and I looked at them all before I settled on this one.

i used it on a trip to Alaska. Most of the other reviewers hit it on the head. Very sturdy, some of the internal foam not glued very well. i used adhesive backed velcrow on accessory boxes to pack broadheads, field points, repair bow parts, pocket knife, etc. I also used velcro strips to secure other items like my stabilizer & hunting knife. I added a couple of velcro strips to help secure the arrows, based on comments by other reviewers that the provided velcro fasteners were not sufficient. Since i filled the empty space with clothing, i had no issues with velcro failure. Of the other bow cases i looked at, this is still the one i would buy for airline travel.
